in their occupational fields.
Continuing
education staff ready to help you convert your courses to
distance delivery with Microstudio
Microstudio
is a technology you can use to convert your course to distance
education
.easily. Microstudio is a wireless, highly
portable system designed to produce high quality distance
education and corporate training in a way that requires
very little training, is flexible and can incorporate existing
material and teaching style. It is appropriate for content
that is highly visual and not discussion oriented. Record
your course while teaching an on-campus section.
Engineering Distance Education first used this system on
the Iowa State campus. Continuing Education and Communication
Services has purchased equipment to record courses.
To see a demonstration of the equipment and schedule using
it, contact Kris Phelps, (515) 294-7329 or kphelps@iastate.edu.
