Coordination services for faculty

• Coordinate course development including needs assessment and instructional design
• Manage logistics: class lists, textbooks, classroom equipment, mailing materials, and student information
• Schedule locations for on-site and ICN courses, including resolution of ICN room conflicts
  
• Coordinate instructor travel and extra compensation payments
  
• Partner with other Iowa State University departments to provide training on delivery systems
• Share course delivery and service evaluations from students

Services for colleges

• Provide updates on distance education from environmental scanning
• Facilitate and support partnerships with industry and other educational institutions
• Provide enrollment information
• Partner to work through any course challenges with instructors, times, and dates
• Discuss offerings and cancellations based on enrollments

Accounting services for colleges

• Provide reports for internal and external entities as requested
• Monitor sponsored program accounting and update contracts

Services for students

• Provide advocacy and liaison services
• Facilitate the registration process
• Provide all course and initial program information
• Partner with personnel in extension offices across the state to provide local support
• Provide ISUCards for campus service and identification
• Troubleshoot billing and charge inquiries
