"Principals are incredibly busy people and the time to drive to Ames is often a barrier to enrolling in the CAS program. Being able to take courses on the ICN opens doors for them that would otherwise be closed. As an instructor, I can reach aspiring administrators in different parts of Iowa. It's very possible to build positive relationships between teacher and student using the ICN - I've done so a number of times and continue to mentor former students as a result."
