"In
my first year as a superintendent, I find the networking
with my former CAS classmates a real benefit of this program.
I communicate with them about challenges I have and how
I might approach them. The CAS adjunct instructors I had
brought practical knowledge and experience to the classes.
They knew what to emphasize and focus on in courses. Those
resources have been invaluable in addressing day-to-day
issues."
