A cooperative effort of the Board of Regents and Iowa public universities to meet the needs of Iowans who want to earn a college degree, but whose circumstances present obstacles to completing a traditional on-campus degree

The BLS degree may be earned from Iowa State University, the University of Iowa, or the University of Northern Iowa. You may take courses from any of the three universities but at least 32 semester hours must be taken from the university that will grant the degree.
