Biotechnology in Agriculture, Food, and Human Health

Scientific principles and techniques in biotechnology. Products and applications in agriculture, food, and human health. Ethical, legal, and social implications of biotechnology. A creative component is required for graduate credit.
Prerequisites: Biology 201 (Principles of Biology I) and 202 (Principles of Biology II)
