Information Assurance (InfAs) 533/Mathematics (Math) 533, section XC (CD-ROM), section XL (streaming media)
Detailed examination of networking standards, protocols, and their implementation. TCP/IP protocol suite, network application protocols, IP routing, network security issues. Emphasis on laboratory experiments.
Prerequisite: Cpr E 310 (Theoretical Foundations of Computer Engineering) or Computer Science 330 (Discrete Computational Structures) or Mathematics 301 (Introduction to Abstract Algebra)
