Dietetic
Internship Director
Jean Anderson, M.S., R.D., L.D. is the dietetic internship
director and practicum coordinator for the Food Service
Management and Community Nutrition rotations within the
internship. She has an A.A. from Cottey College, and a B.S.
and M.S. from Iowa State. She received the "Recognized Young
Dietitian of the Year" citation by the Iowa Dietetic Association
in 1994. She has extensive work experience in both food
service management areas and community nutrition areas.
