Expand
targeted distance learning programs in areas of Iowa
States strengths.
Iowa States excellence in distance learning lets corporations
offer employee education where and when they want.
In 1994 General Motors contracted with Iowa State to offer
the Master
of Science in Statistics program to its employees. Mayo
Clinic and the 3M Corporation began contracting with ISU
in 1998. Other employers have joined the program. Iowa State
statistics instructors ensure that the distance learning
version of classes meets the same high standards as face-to-face
instruction.
